Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will process a return label at your expense and given instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as seasonal items, pre-order items, discounted sale items, and swimwear. There will be no exceptions.
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards whether purposed directly or gifted to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the credit you received from the exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically emailed a copy of your credit that can used on any item of equal or lesser value.
